What is the etiology of patulous eustachian tube?
-
[A]
-
The precise etiology of patulous eustachian tube is yet unknown.
But Kumazawa reported that the symptom of PET was disappered by stellate
ganglion block procedure which increase the blood flow of head.
From this fact and my data, I suppose that one of etilogic factors of PET
might be the circulatory disturbance of skull base due to stressive condition.
